    Thank you for giving me your thoughts, opinions and suggestions on this topic. I've compared all of the choices mentioned and then some. I've watched hours of Youtube reviews. I'm leaning toward the Lightheart Gear jacket. It has many of the features I'm looking for. It's affordable and made by a member of our community.

    If you read the description of this jacket, the english is obvious a translation and very poorly done - that should be a red flag right there. again, - Also, if you read the comments, the sizing and quality are very bad. You get what you pay for. Buyer be ware

    just picked up a pertex shield jacket from Lukes Ultralite. top notch stuff and only around 5-6 ozs
