Hi everyone. How u doin. Well i had 2 cancel my hike 4 this yr; due 2 neuropathy of the legs & ft; I am xercising cause that's all i can do. The neuropathy will b w/ me the remaining daze of my life, whenever that is. I will b ready 2 hike next July starting off again in Erwin,Tn. where i had 2 call it quits. I have hiked the Eastern half up 2 Rutland,Vt. where i had 2 call it quits again due 2 an emerg; at home. This time i am going 2 make it.

Hey my name's Counselor and I believe I ran into you during my 2013 thru hike in the Smokies. If I recall, you were going to be spreading your brothers ashes during your hike. Well for one because the post looked like my four year old nephew wrote it, and two because I wanted to see who else would add them up

I feel your pain as any backpacking I was going to do also went down the tubes as I had to have rotator cuff surgery-going to be awhile for me to do anything

hey gut's i started my therapy by getting on the treadmill 10 mins; a day & work my way up from there, also soaking my feet in warm water. TY

Hope u get better. Bac in 97 my rotator cuff went out. I did not have surgery. An old timer mexican doctor did some magic & pop it bac in place. Since then i have not had any problems. I might c u on the trail sometime.
