Default Water source availability between Erwin & Carvers Gap

Can anyone give me an update on water availability between Erwin & Carvers Gap. My group will be hiking this section the first week in November and I'm wondering if we're going to have problems getting water?

Several other posts with concerns about this area.Water at most shelters is the only reliable source and they are very low and slow.Very little rain is forecast and this is not helping.Camel up when you find a spring and carry plenty too as temps are not too cold and you may get warm on the climbs. At Greasy Creek Gap you can go about 1/2 mile down the NC side to a hostel there for water and food too.
Sleep on the ground, rise with the sun and hike with the wind....

Thanks, I tried to scan previous posts, but couldn't find them for this particular section - either before or after. Thanks Again!
