Captain Kirk a predator? He was always a fine, although unorthodox, charismatic member of Starfleet. I guess Klingons would say he was a predator.

No matter. You and LS have dun dug yourselves in a deep dank hole and , although I have enjoyed the recent BB Wars and hold neither of you ill will, your last 2 posts have probably made your stay here an ugly one.

I also think that you and LS intentionally stir stuff up for personal ammusement. I also think that some WB folks' responses have been over the top as well. Such behavior is not uncommon in the internet BB comunity.

If you and LS intend to add value to this forum, and perhaps make a friend or two, you have a hard row to hoe.

What last two posts? I think you mean my last two threads? Well that may be true, but they were provoked by some ugly words from some others. I'm not going into it again, just check the posts ( ALL, not just the ones that reaffirm your presumptions) and believe what you want.

And sometimes I DO have fun, so do the others, dizzyt, mowgli, frosty, wolf, austex and the rest. Big deal

I would do early May if that is a possiblity. Once the summer heat comes in...it will be all "smoky" so to speak. I hiked through in early June and had views only one day. I've hit in spring and fall and it can be beautiful.

What would the amount of posts and my observation/opinion have in common?

How do you like these bananas?

Your obviously the alter ego of one of the losers on this site, or you wouldn't be accusing me of being one of the other posters.

And I DON'T like those banana's. Or the skeptical face above them.

Once you get to the ridgetop, the Smokies are pretty easy - graded and well maintained, except where horses have turned it into the Appalachian Trough.[/quote]

Rosie, did you take an alternate route or did you brave the trough? Should this area be a concern? If so, do you remember where it was/is? Thanks TS
