Default Snickers Gap to Harpers Ferry

Heading out for a spur of the moment hike for a couple nights this weekend.

What's the current NPS policy for overnight parking at the Harpers Ferry visitors center?

I don't have a guide book just my map -- is Blackburn Trail Center accessable at this time of year for water? And the other water location is the David Lesser shelter.

Is camping still prohibited from 1 mile south to 1.5 miles north if Keys Gap?

    Thanks

Register your car ahead of time or in the spot and pay and you are good to go.

Hike down to Blackburn and water is available on the side of the house. Should be on. David Lesser Shelter spring is a good one to visit.

I don’t think there is a suitable spot in there anywys. Great section to hike!! Have fun!!!
