We will go ahead with Trailfest unless weather is really dire. A decision will be made the morning of the 29th by 9 am if the public event will be canceled. EVEN IF THE EVENT is canceled, we will still provide free camping for thru hikers who come and we’ll feed them lunch on the 29th and breakfast on the 30th.
**Please note that many Vermont communities are going through difficult times due to recent flooding. Organizers of Trailfest are planning to collect donations to support communities impacted by recent floods.**

+ if I'm not mistaken, recreational is now legal and there may be a dispensary or 2 on the Main street? I was there in October 2022 when the law was just passed and things were in motion. I'm hoping to be back there again in September this year to head North to Katahdin to complete the trail. OR hmmmm, or should I go up to Maine and head sobo???
