Its the second pack actually, the first one broke after several years of desert hiking, and I got a free replacement (lifetime warranty).
This is a newer model with some improvements I really appreciate.

Yes, perfect service.
Unfortunately, as Lightwave is from Great Britain and GB left the EU for good, we no longer can afford this stuff, due to high customs fees.
