I drink a lot of hot drinks (tea in the morning cider in the evening) and use a titanium sierra cup 1.9 oz. When soloing, the sierra cup can be used to make instant rice or couscous as a side dish. We bought the Orikaso picnic set for the family, we wanted the plate and cup for the wife and plate/bowl for our toddler.

If you just have one pot and no cup you have to finish drinking before eating anything else hot.

Winter I switch to an insulated plastic mug.

i have one, but i dont really like it. i got it at my school, it says "newton (my town) recycles". it holds onto tastes. not the best thing when you are trying to drink tea after drinking coffee

I used a GSI Lexan cup for years, till I found a cheapie (and very light) insulated mug at Walmart for $2, back in the kitchen section. It has a lid, doesn't spill and keeps warm even in freezing temps. I am sure you can find one like it at any big box store It isn't thick like the Thermos ones, more like a thin coffee cup for putting in your car.
