Good blue blazes 19E to Damascus

I'm heading out for a section from 19E to Damascus next week but will have too much time for that distance. So, I'm looking for suggestions for interesting side trips off the AT, such as a blue blaze to a good waterfall or stunning overlook. Nothing more than 10 miles off the main trail, however.
