OK, but I'd be more impressed if that photo was taken in the Mahoosuc Notch.
And those have got to be the biggest poison ivy leaves I've ever seen. Hope the poor dude didn't fall over into them.
Looks like theres a strap on top of his head. That cant be good for your neck.
The head strap "packs" I've seen south of the border usually go on the forehead. They're good for at least four 50lb bags of cement. Cool pic.
