Default New Idea on packing your gear?

Hello I don't know if anyone has thought of this before...but....The Idea is that you take a fanny pack...like a small hip/day pack and hook it to your waste...and have cord connecting it to your shoulder strapes so the straps are carrying the weight of the bag...It could hold about 3lbs. or more...just whatever you wanted it to..here is a pic of what it kinda would look like I just through some rope on there just to show the Idea of it..I would be modified more...the pack will be connected to your hip belt of your big pack so it will not swing around..let me now what you think.

It's similar to a LuxuryLite front pack.

Can you edit it and rotate the pic? My neck hurts.
