    Exclamation McHale Backpack

Would a McHale backpack (used) be worth $80? I know they're expensive new and custom made. It's just some guy selling it and I can't try it on or anything. It looks good in the pics.

It's really a financing problem. It went for more like $180 anyway.

It was probably a boat anchor anyway, he's only recently started building light packs, they do look bomber though, maybe one day. A McHale in spectra should be a lifetime pack.

Mchale packs are, in my opinion, the finest, most meticulous made backpacks you can obtain. They are all hand made to a purchaser's dimensions and should easily outlast the owner. So if you have a shot at one that fits you for just $80.00 go for it. They are also some of the most expensive made ones too, but then so is quality more costly than the vast majority of "off the rack" packs that wear out after a season or so..
