Default Subway has packets of olive oil.

OK maybe this is old news to you... but I noticed that Subway has little foil packets of olive oil. Perfect for a solo-pan of eggs or whatever.
Just thought I'd toss in my two-cents for another freebie after reading someone telling us about KFC having single-serve packets of butter and honey.
What other convenient freebies have you found?

Honey and Texas Pete's hot sauce at the deli in Wawa markets. I take two (and only two) when I order. LW's correct.

We save extra packets of sauce from Taco Bell; malt vinegar and tartar sauce from Long John Silver's; duck and soy sauces from Chinese takeout; and my husband is a chef and is always getting freebie samples of bbq and other sauces in single use packets.
We'll have to go out through the kitchen.

big ups on taco bell hot sauce. mayo packets can really bring the tuna to life, espescially for a lunch. all condiments are awesome when your hiking. heres a tip i sorta got from ron haven last year, ask to buy whatever condiments you want. mcdonalds, arbys, etc etc, they never made me pay an extra cent for fists and fists of the condiment gold, just be real nice. all other forms of mustard extraction are extremely top secret.

    1) Honey packets for oatmeal from Lee's Chicken
    2) Tobasco packets from Chick-Fil-A
    3) Mrs. Dash packets from the cafeteria at work

I have to agree with Lone Wolf as well. Everything in moderation, takin g a couple of something only. Don't get all greedy on stuff like this. If you go somewhere that has single serving packets like this on a frequent/regular basis, just try asking. If you're a good customer, they'll probably be happy to just let you have it.

You might want to tell that to my truck team at Target are really bad. When I walk in to open the Food Ave area, all my creamers are gone.

Why in the world do people take a hundred creamers or ketchup packets, only use 2, and then leave the rest on the table. Then the people who squirt out ketchup and mustard directly on the table and use it..NASTY.

What about the parents that let their kids use the icee machine.
I work at Target and I am taking as many condiment packs as I can.

    To the OP:
I didn't know that about Subway so thanks for sharing

Mine is going on 13 years without remodel. Cracked dishware; barely enough to get by. The electrical is shot. Freezers and coolers crashing. Never ending rotation of leadership. I was planning to blow it up. But I am just going to let the corporate machine and Big Bob deal with the complaints. Retail is nothing by a blackhole, sucks you in...and you can never escape it. Not to rain on the parade too much, but I think the Subway packets are mostly canola oil.

Still good cheap fats, just don't expect pure olive oil.

    Default Olive oil...

It's hard to find, but there are small (like 12 oz. or less) bottles of it sold in plastic. (I have a couple.) Obviously, it's chemically compatible, can't easily break, and is lightweight.

That reminded me of the time i was skiing at Killington (Bear Mtn) and was watching these two Russian guys. They would take the free saltines, put the free pickled relish on top, then a little ketchup and eat it, then go get some creamers and wash them down.

After a little while, they sat near me with a whole bunch of the above things, I heard them speaking Russian and started talking to them as i was heading to Russia in a few more months on a trip across on the trans-siberian train.

After talking about what a great country America is with all the free condiments and stuff then they said: "What do you want to go there for? and What are you going to eat when you get there" I must say it scared me a bit and saw myself ready to take some of those relish and saltine packs with me for the trip.
Turned out to be a great trip full of nice people.
