Default Where to find small piece of Tyvek

Anyone know where I can buy a small piece of Tyvek (about 4 X 6)? I want something to sit on and use in front of my tent. Lowes and Home Depot only sell big pieces.

fedex tyvek mailers are 2x3 when cut open and provided gratis at kinkos. Big enough for your boots.

bubble pack mailers make great sit pads.

Find a home under construction, they wrap those buildings in tyvek before they put the siding on, usually they leave them around and when they're done they just throw it out (usually in a very accessible dumpster)
up over the hills, theres nothing to fear
theres a pub across the way with whisky and beer
its a lengthy journey on the way up to the top
but it ain't so bad if you have a great big bottle o'scotch

That's what I was gonna say. If you have any consturction going on near where you live, you might ask them nice, too. Worst that can happen is they can say no.

Aren't there two types of tyvek, the standard type that crinkles and makes a lot of noise when touched, and a "soft" tyvek that keeps its mouth shut? I bought some of the quiet tyvek from a place in Florida some years ago but don't remember the name or web address.

Can you turn noisy tyvek into quiet tyvek by washing it?
