Default Need a shuttle or a car move this weekend in SNP

I'm going hiking this weekend in Shenandoah. My friend was going to come up and move my car from the start of our trip to the end while we were hiking, but he can't make it.

We're starting the hike in the southern end of the park, near 33, on Friday night, between 5:00 and 6:00. We'll be looking to finish up Monday around noon something like 40 miles north of that.

I'm looking to either find a shuttle Friday night or have my car moved any time between Friday and Monday.

For the shuttle, we could just meet at the trail end point and then get dropped off at the start.

For moving the car, it would take two people and one would have to be able to drive stick. I guess I'd also have to figure some way to feel comfortable that my car would actually be there and not on a boat bound for China.

Thanks, guys. Feel free to IM me if you're available and let me know how much.

    Sorry, got that backwards.

We'll be finishing around 33, not starting there. So, for a shuttle, we'd meet there, then get dropped off about 40 miles south..

Sorry, never mind. I had another friend step up.

Am I missing something or can I not edit my posts here?

Hi, Patrick. Editing posts is something you can do if you're a donating member.

If you have something that urgently needs to be edited, and you're not a donating member, you can request that the moderator of that forum, or an administrator, make the change for you. In the case of this forum, that would be me. Most of the time you can make do with a follow-up post, as you did today.
    If not NOW, then WHEN?

I am having the same problem as well and I'm a donating member. It seems I can edit previous posts but not anything today. Hmmmm

Never mind. I was able to edit the previous one. Must have been a glitch.
