    Mrs dash sucks.....that's cause someone ruined the thanksgiving turkey by seasoning with it.

    It's not right....and now it's not allowed

    Adobo is fine

    I love chops/pork on the trail. I marinade them in a strange mixture meant for chicken and then freeze them so they stay fresh for a day or two. They are heavy,but tastey.

    Oil,vinegar,poultry seasoning,beer,granulated garlic,onion powder,pepper,salt.

    Like I said ,strange combo...but it really does taste good.

    That's not strange....sounds like the beginning of everything holy about pork

    Sub the poultry seasoning for chilli powder and coriander....you'll thank me

    Everyone likes something different, some good ideas here, just what I
    happen to like, can't say I'd like it on my Thanksgiving bird either but this is pork chops.

    Homer,funny you mention coriander...that is one alternative ingredient I try at times. I find pork very versatile,I even like dill weed with it.

    I would agree, I also like Lawery's garlic pepper, a handy spice to take along.
