If it is a U.S. note, with Benjamin Franklin on the front, then it is mine.
I walk the line.
Been a couple of years since I was down that way, so if its kinda weathered, it must be mine!

I'm so confused, I'm not sure if I lost my horse or found a rope.

MINE! I had it rolled up and a red rubber band around it. Can you please mail me my rubber band?
Why did you have a bill roller up? The only time I have seen people do that they were up to no good...
Gee, I guess I don't hang around people like that. Never occurred to me.
don......
I admire your honesty. If no one claims it, a great use for it would be to treat a few thru hikers to a free meal.
Between Sunday and Tuesday, I met 3 southbound section hikers (Kenny, Dale, and Terry) and 2 thru-hikers (Tom and Donna) headed towards Stover. Nice folks, sure hope it wasn't theirs. The section hikers were from Alabama and the thrus from Colorado.
if it was laying on the ground on that famous trail. it is mine
It's mine: Serial Number: BF8675309

If you don't find the real owner, I would totally put that towards Trail Magic.
Seriously - a cooler of beer/soda on the next hot summer day - that would bring joy to everyone! And refreshment. And a buzz to lightweights like myself who give shame to (1) Germans and (2) Catholics - as I cannot handle more than a single serving.
Cheers!

How about donating it to your local trail club or the ATC?
OH NO
You should have left it laying on the ground, I am sure the owner came back looking for it...
So make a plan, post your plan giving location, date, and time.
Then take it right back where you found it, and put it back....and I am sure it will be found....................
i agree keep it and donate some to hostels along the way
