My brother and I stayed at the Inn at Long Trail on August 20, 1979 during out SOBO thru-hike of the LT. I remember making a really hearty one-pot meal of mac & cheese with peas and stewed tomatoes from our food cache. Wish I could get back out there. The northern LT still brings back great memories.
