Default Yes, that's a bear chasing a mauled bison down the road.

Huh, no insert pic in this forum that I can see, so here's a link.

Why did the bison cross the road? To get the hell away from the 800-pound grizzly trying to eat him.

So can you imagine being the photographer taking this picture with a crazed bison from Hell and a massive slathering grizzly running toward you at 20 mph?!

Picture is BS - photoshopped. Come on, you think any photographer in his right mind would stand there to take a picture of this.., crazy.

dumbas_ me, didn't think of that Lugnut, maybe, but even in a vehicle I'd still be concerned as that bear looks like he could eat anything, including a car.

Incredible picture. Too bad it wasn't taken with a nicer camera.

its probably from rather far away, zoomed and then cropped. it woudl explain both the low quality and how the photographer managed to take it without being too petrified to do so.

The shadow under the bear does look fake. It doesn't look sunny enough for it to cast a shadow.

Same story, different channel. That's a bad day to get away from a grizzly only to be shot by the FS. Looks like he was in pretty bad shape, but he could still run!
