, but even in a vehicle I'd still be concerned as that bear looks like he could eat anything, including a car.

its probably from rather far away, zoomed and then cropped. it woudl explain both the low quality and how the photographer managed to take it without being too petrified to do so.

The shadow under the bear does look fake. It doesn't look sunny enough for it to cast a shadow.
