    2012's the goal. many things up in the air. Notably, grad school and my thesis.

    ....but I can't WAIT to get back out there. You all know the feeling. My feet are itching, specially this time of year.

    If everything goes well for me on the Colorado Trail this summer then the PCT in '12 is a possibility. It's been a dream of mine for a while. I really just want to find a friend to do it with.

    I plan on thru hiking the AT this summer, then hiking the Arizona trail this winter, and hopefully hiking the PCT or CDT next spring. We shall see.

    Count me in for 2012. I am in the process of obtaining some new gear as mine was stolen from the hot springs parking lot area where I live, due to vandals. I new better than to leave it there in plain view but I thought a locked car would keep it safe. 1 hr later and broken glass everywhere. Yes....count me in, I have nothing else better to do. Always up for section hikes in the C-E sections. DIP

    Considering hiking the CA portion from the kick-off date in April north, then do the 2nd part next year for my 50th birthday. Depends on job and hubby (who is not thrilled with the prospects right now).

    My GF and I have decided to bail on the AT in 2012 and do the PCT instead. We'll be going North and starting the first week of May
