Slow Ketchup...if one holds the catsup bottle with thumb n forefinger on the Logo and and gently pumps, the tomatoes pick up steam and ooze on out. Don't know if there is a secret to hiking pace though. What is "slow"? On the blog described 1-10 difficulty with only NH and ME gettting a 10 level and 1 being level, smoothe and either paved or clear earth, is "slow" like 2MPH? Just asking. Saw a sport write up where a female collegian made Olympic trials for 5,000 Metres, or 5K, in a 17 minute bracket! That seemed slow as most city 5K's have a 14 minute win time, though it is not female. The main thing is to keep going.....just keep going.
