Just to update, I'll be starting the Trail on 3/29 and my trail name is Skitzy Burgermeister.
It is fun to review the names of local and regional singing and music groups as interesting, humorous, and or thought provoking, but these "trail names" are also pretty interesting. Remember the squid from "20,000 leagues under the sea". Mountain Squid, never saw one, yet.
RORY CALHOUN hopes to join the crowd March 15 or sooner at Amiacola {sp} Falls and see if the first 8.8 miles is a big day or an easy morning...is that strip about a 3 on the 1-10 easy to difficult scale?
Know about me? i read Bill Bryson ate a lot of Snickers bars in his Walk In The Woods, but i am thinking quinoa, oats, acai, gogi berry, tahini-hummus-couscous, raisins,nuts and good stuff. Had no use for Ramen noodles in college and no use starting now. Mac n Cheese is tasty thought....hmmm.
