Has anyone ever had any experience with http://thru-hiker.com/projects/down_quilt.php
Its a 17 oz. make it yourself down quilt and you can get everything for around $160.00. I don't have much experience sewing but i think even if i paid someone to sew it for me that would make it a real lightweight quilt for a great price.
Any thoughts?

marmot helium EQ about 350 as I recall
I gotta say, Western Mountaineering has got this post hands down. Marmot coming in a close second. Add another WM bag here, a 1983 summerlite. Forgot what I paid for it, goes to 32 deg, has an extra 3 oz of loft in the footbox and is still keeping me warm after 28 years. Now it's time for another one...
