What is your arrival date in Kent? I should be home from VA around the 12th.

When I went through a town person was trying to tell me about camping nearby, but since I was headed to Mt Algo SOBO I didn't listen too closely. Might check with the outfitter there.

Fat Man...Kent was a wonderful town and has a bad rap for some reason. Looking back at my notes, I stayed at Cooper Creek B & B for $75 with a great breakfast. They are a little out of town but will pick you up and take you back to the trail. Really nice place and a great deal imo for that part of the world. Wondeful hosts. Call me if you want more details.

Thanks Stix. May holler at you in a day or two. Hope you and Martha are doing ok. Have you done your section yet? Still got room on the bus if you're up to it.

Last spring good experience at the Hitching Post...it helps to speek a little Hindi.

Dittos on what dirk says, although Fife & Drum will be very close to $100. I stayed there two years ago, and the bar/restaurant is great, ask if the octegenarian still plays piano on Sunday nite, not to be missed!!
