Pack Rat will figure something out to make it work for people that are staying at his hostel. Although its a big deal for the people that work there, the Trail will go on.

Isn't there a hostel in Concord? Stop for a shower, get some mail.

Concord is an hour + south of Lincoln so no. The Hostel is in Glencliff, NH, Hikers Welcome

There is also Chet's in Lincoln but it is not listed per his request. The PO is currently located across from Hikers Welcome, within walking distance. There will just be a shuttle at the hostel to get the packages from Warren, hikers may just have to pay a few bucks to get there packages. Its a great spot to get cold weather gear back before the Whites. You can go into Lincoln as well, lots of places to access Lincoln through the start of the Whites.

Agree. No big deal. Send cold weather stuff to hostel or PO in Hanover (40 miles). If you can carry your extra gear 400 miles then you should be able to carry it 440 miles. Much ado about nothing.
