Just wondering if anyone has tried sewing in a square of material(probably the same material as the hammock) and stuffing it with down. I was running DIY ideas through my head and noticed alot of ppl have questions about UQ's and staving off heat loss through the backside of hammocks. It hit me that a sewn in patch on the back about the size of a sleeping pad(or whatever size you want rly), and filled with insulation might be lightweight, cheap, and easy. then as the season gets warmer you can just remove more down or clip the threads and get rid of the homemade pad all together. Down from an old pillow is easy to find. I dont know, maybe Im way off base here....
