    Default Knoxville Hiking

Thinking about flying into Knoxville and I would like to do some local hiking. I would be arriving Friday night, hiking Sat-Sun, and then return flight Monday. I am planning to not have a rental car. Would it be easy to go from the airport to a local trail head via public transportation? If so, how and where? Thanks!

There is no public transport into the Cherokee Forest or GSMNP. You probably need to find a shuttle service if you are not renting a car.
