Lots of music makes me want to take a hike or reminds me of a place I was hiking. In a very direct way and literal way I would say Fiona Apple captures the particular plodding pace of a long hike in Extraordinay Machine.

I love the song by Toad the Wet Sprocket, "Walk on the Ocean." It makes me think of time spent hiking or sailing. I'd rather be in the outdoors that stuck at this desk.

Oh, +1 on Styx "Man in the Wilderness." Wasn't expecting that one. Guess I am not the only one here from that generation.

I have favorite songs and artists like everyone else, but to answer the OP's question NO song makes me want to go hike. I hike every day because I want to and because its good for me.

that song has made its way onto one of my pandora stations and it makes me think of hiking.

of all the stupid songs out there, "all star" by smash mouth and "dune buggy" by presidents of the united states of america make me want to hike.

on a section hike with a few friends this winter we all started singing them while walking because they were the only song we could all remember the words to. now not a single backpacking trip goes by without me singing 'em atleast once.
