    69 yo male had a CVA, no word on his condition. He was 2 miles in from Nahmakanta Lake on AT.

    one of the comments said that warden service has reported that he died at the hospital in millinocket. very sad.

    How very sad. His daughter-in law reported that he has 6 children and 8 grandchildren. They were expecting him to be home on Sunday. The fact that he was absent from them for six months must make his passing all the harder on them. My condolences to all of them, life is too damn short.

    OH NO!! I summited with Bobby in both 2003 and 2007! So sad. I didn't know he was on the AT once again!

    side from Bobby's quick smile he had a deep thoughtful side. He loved to plumb the depths of any subject and we would go on for hours.
