    Default Marmot trestle

Anyone have experience with these bags? I am paranoid about the pack size but figured it may be worth it since I can get a pair for $40 out of pocket. People claim its pretty close to its rating and the dual zipper feature seems to make it a nice bag on warmer nights. Perhaps this is a good choice for a first "good" bag?

My friend has the Trestle 15, he's only used it 2 times but he likes like so far. Not bad for the price (especially $40).
I've heard a lot of good things about the Mountain Hardwear Lamina series of synthetic bags, which are similarly priced as the Trestle. Looking at both I would go with the MH. But again. for $40....
Some reviews on the Trestle 15 and 30:

    and the MH
When night falls she cloaks the world in impenetrable darkness, A chill rises from the soil and contaminates the air, suddenly....life has new meaning.

I think I am going to spend the extra and go for a Marmot Sawtooth or a Sierra Designs Pyro.....Maybe a Big Agnes.....not too sure.
