inov-8 295
Most shoes are too narrow, but if you want something even narrower, get the women's version instead of the men's version. If you get Inov-8, look for the performance last instead of the comfort or anatomic last.
And that's exactly why I suggested Inov-8 295's. Check out the reviews at Zappos, for example: "I have narrow feet and appreciate the fit on these" ... "Those new to Inov-8's should be warned they run a little small and are narrow" ... "And even though I (female) have a narrow heel, these gender neutral shoes fit" ... Or runnersworld: "The narrow fit and secure lacing system ensured a snug fit"
Also, I'm on my second pair of 295's, so I know how they fit. Generally I only comment on gear I own or have used multiple times, and that's pretty rare. Lots of folks here comment on gear they never used. Or do what you do: squirt out multiple posts that contain zippo nada information pertinent to the OP's request.
Are these the first Inov8 shoes you've bought? You write like it is. I currently have these, the Roclite 315, Roclite 370 and Terroc 330. The Roclite 295's are the widest of them all. You seem, unlike what you do, I comment on gear based on more than one item instead of squirting out multiple posts that assume a shoe is narrow based on limited experience. You might have done well to read my second post instead of squirting out your last post.
Adidas tends to lean toward a narrower cut, which is why I were them.

Left side, narrow. men/women.
Then scroll down to search by specific size.
That will give you an idea what is out there.

montrail used to be great until they were bought by columbia, they're garbage now.

Narrow or really narrow? In the latter case I suspect New Balance is your only choice. My wife wears 13 aaa and can't find anything else. They do run short so you might need to go up a size.

New Balance makes 3 men's outdoor shoes in a B width - the 978 (which is Goretex), the 967 (which is waterproofed), and the Dunham Cloud (also waterproof). I have the predecessor to the 978, and they've worked pretty well for me.
I wear a ll.5 B. I am using a New Balance running shoe 840. Figure it will take about four pair to make it to Maine.
