    Read this this morning,

    , but are all chocolate created equal. are there better chocolate then others. how about a bag of dark choco chips for cookies?

    just looking for imput and any of tyhe other 7 items on list.

    It's great to know that I don't need to feel guilty as I chow on Cadbury's Dark Chocolate bars as dessert at dinnertime. After a day of hiking they hit the spot. Always eat dessert first!

    Milk chocolate melts at like 90 and dark chocolate at higher temp, say 95. I don't know the numbers but it's that kind of relationship and then seems about right experience wise. The darker the better. Good for your heart too. Along with red wine.

    Save the planet - its the only one with chocolate.
    Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.
