Well, it looks like they thinkthey caught the guy who burned Tucker. I have fond memories from at least three nights' stay in the area and a couple of day hikes while staying at the Inn at Long Trail.

If the accused is guilty, it would be a shame to send him to jail. My vote is fine him the max allowable by law (he could have caused a forest fire) and then make him help build a new shelter at that site. Hauling bundles of shingles the few miles in from the road should help him rethink disrespect for what others have worked hard to build.
