    Arrow Mason-Dixon Trail Loop

has anyone ever hiked the Mason Dixon trail.

    MD_Trail_map.jpg

i found camping is restricted, but no list of camping spots. 193 miles and close to home. seems like a good hike. connects to the horseshoe trail +150 miles and loops back to the AT. 350 round trip would be worth the hike. doesn't look like resupply would be hard either.

I'm so confused, I'm not sure if I lost my horse or found a rope.

Some have thu-hiked the MDT. I've sectioned/day hiked/drove most of it. Unfortunately, about 40-50% of this trail is on roads. And resupply points are tough along the Susquehana. And don't get caught camping in the game lands. Fines are anywhere from $50-1,000, depending on the mood of the game warden.
