Good news this time: A new hiker service on the BMT in Georgia

With some of the depressing news of the lost services along the trail in the last couple of years, it is nice to be able to add one:

At mile point 37.2 - Iron Bridge Café and General Store. 8436 Aska Road, Blue Ridge, GA, 30513, 706-632-5060. Closed Mo, 8a-5p Tu-Fr, 8a-4p Sa, 8a-3p Su – plan to extend hours during the summer. Opened February 2012 and love hikers and bikers. Services: hot meals, short term resupply,as pay showers $10, Wi-Fi, and a soon to be opened hostel with a 12 person capacity.
