Starting 02/28 (my 60th birthday).
Hiking the approach trail from Amicalola Falls.
I'm hammocking.
My winter pack weight is 22 lbs before food & water. With 17,500 calories of food and 1 liter of water it's 34 lbs.
I'll be dumping about 7 lbs of winter gear once I get to warm weather.
My life philosophy is 'Die young, as late as possible'
