    I don't care how hungry you are, Lemon Pepper does *not* go well on oatmeal. Trust me on this.

    Taco bell hot sauce packets are really handy around dinner time. For the crabs of the cooking variety, try some Zattarans seasoning.

    I carried condiments and spices for over 2000 miles and never used them. Exception is mayonnaise and curry powder but that's because they were part of my special cous-cous and tuna concoction that I made up.
    Some knew me as Piper, others as just Diane.
    I hiked the PCT: Mexico to Mt. Shasta, 2008. Santa Barbara to Canada, 2009.

    Season Salt, pepper, the little tabasco sauce from "World Market" , onion flakes, and butter flakes. I change these as I change my menu.

    Mustard in the little foil packs. One or two packs relieves leg cramps.
