Default Hot Spring to Newfound Gap

what is the best shuttle service to use for this section? If you had your choice, would you stay in Gatlinburg after hiking or Hot Spring?

Second part of question. I'd do Newfound to Hot Spring stay in Hot Spring good parking in town and the traail gos through town other way your 15 mils from Gatlinburg when you end.

Try Curtis at Standing Bear Farm for a shuttle, that's almost in the middle of your section. Also yes on staying in Hot Springs, which is a hiker town with the AT right down the main street. Gatlinburg is a tourist town, 15 miles down a mountain road away from the AT, and a real zoo especially on the weekends.

Thanks Stir Fry and Skid... I will look into both of the options. I appreciate the input.
