Hi-ya gang! I had the pleasure of running into one of our own, Barf_Jay on the trail in NC over Memorial Day weekend. What a great guy!

Have to brag on him a bit to y'all... I found out that he put together a fundraiser to raise money for a local food bank where he lives and raised $3000!!! What a hiker hero!!!

For anyone who's interested here's the link to the pics from the trip. I hiked solo from Deep Gap, NC to Wayah Gap, NC. Water's all flowing great. (was really mad at how much trash I saw though...)

Have to say, raising money for a food bank does deserve kudos! Good for him.
