I hear everywhere that noodles are a good meal for light weight. What kind of noodles?

Ramen and I like Lipton sides pastas. They call for milk. I skip that ingredient but many folks here use powdered milk. You can also dehydrate cooked noodles you make at home.

Thin rice noodles are tasty also. Only need hot water soak for some. Rice noodles are really good as a gluten free alternative. Asian markets have many types (Rice, Bean thread, wheat, etc) of noodles in many shapes.

Forgot to say that rice noodles don't give you gas as bad as raemen.

Lipton Asian Noodle sides are tasty. I always carry a pack of Ramen and extra foil tuna pouch as my emergency back-up meal in the bottom of the food bag.

I think angel hair pasta works just as good as ramen and uses the same amount of fuel. take a 1lb pack and break it up into thrids and devide that into 4 ounce servings. I just have this thing about ramen and other stuff made in other countries, not to mention ingridents I cant pronounce.

Rice noodles must require hot water.... I bought some and let them soak. Even overnight they were hard. And this was angel hair...
