    Would the law be based on each cyber-hiker's current state of residence. In my case the joint has to close at 2:00 a.m., serve food or follow strict membership rules.

    Everyone from North Carolina must sign the membership documents which must be processed and then you can come back in 48 hours and enjoy Hikerboys Cyber Cafe.

    This reminds me of a Steven Wright joke , tasteful of course.

    I arrived at a local 24 hour grocery just as the guy was locking the front doors. I said "Hey, your sign says you're open 24 hours" . The guy says " yeah, but not in a row".
