Nite walker, you haven't tried turtle fleece?
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

I would say that you are making me hungry, but you are not... only because I just ate so much t-bone steak and pea-pods that I can hardly move. Your meal sounds delicious though.

Just the opposite at our house last night. Wife left meatballs and sauce in crock pot. She meant to leave it on warm. Unfortunately she left it on high. Good part was meatballs were saturated with the sauce. Bad thing was sauce was pretty much disapearing, and some meatballs were burning. Did not look that good, but still tasted pretty good for the most part.

I bet those meatballs would be good dehydrated and thrown in some rice for a trail meal.

Capsized in Toe River in cotton Jeans and t-shirt in mid 40ish weather. Recovered gear, boat, paddles,
beer cooler, etc. Pitched tent, built fire, got in dry jeans and t shirt from trash bag in pack. Put on down jacket. Cooked dinner. Drank beer. Slept tight. Lived to tell about it. Cotton won't kill you if you've got a back up plan. Nylon will if you don't.

Coach Lou, why is pea soup so bad for a diet?

Maybe not for a shelter, but for a house they would probably be interested.
