Speaking of being a gram weenie (of which I am one in training), does anyone use a homemade alcohol stove? I made my 1st today. It came out okay, but I am sure I will be improving it.
I've made one and used it,out of a yuengling can a few years back. I carry it and a little fuel for emergencies but prefer to cook over a fire. The horror!

Pic was my version of trail pizza about 3 days in. Crust, tomato base from squeeze tube, cheader cheese, re-hydrated onions, broccoli, peppers, onions & pepperoni.

Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.

In the 80's I was in a church that would do popcorn drills. You had to recite a verse if randomly called on. I memorized as many of these types of verses for those occasions. They stopped calling on me after a while.
I Kings 1:2 is also a good one for the purpose.
