    Default AT sticker

I had a simple idea for a window sticker for my vehicle, so I laid out the design and cut it today. I am pretty pleased with how it looks. I was, and still am, unsure about listing the mileage, since it changes each year. If I were a thru-hiker, I would put the mileage for the year that I hiked, but as a section hiker, time will tell what my "real" mileage ends up being. I went with GA 2 ME rather than the more traditional ME to GA, since I have been hiking northbound.

Looks great, and anyone who see's it will know...he's a hiker. Perhaps your cumulative miles underneath in a separate decal that's easy to remove as your mileage changes...or whatever...again looks great.

Looks great! I'm assuming from the photo that the sticker is white with the glass being darker.

Hmmm . . . I guess I could, though I really have not had any plans to get into that business. I could probably make a few though, and list the mileage as appropriate for the given year of a hiker's hike. Maybe I will work something up and put it on my A.T. web page. I'll try to do that this week. I am glad folks like it.

Yes, I made it with white vinyl and the darker is the tinted glass.

You may want to contact the ATC regarding selling your sticker. They used to sell the oval with the total number of trail miles that year. I recall the 2175 and the 2181 stickers.

They informed me recently ATC discontinued selling the oval because of the mileage change each year. The minimum order from the manufacturer made it too impractical (expensive) to continue selling.

I like it, but the ".2" is tacky... drop it and you've got something.

So if I would be interested in doing something different white vinyl sheets can be had where?
Dogs are excellent judges of character, this fact goes a long way toward explaining why some people don't like being around them.
