which of these one nighters would be more scenic?

I am planning on grabbing the dog and doing a 1 nighter from saturday morning to sunday and want to do one of these trips to added on to my completed Erwin to 19E. My 2 choices are from Sam Gap to Erwin, or from Dennis Cove Road back to 19E. I don't believe either of these to be very scenic, but they will add to my overall goal of having the first 3 states completed by next fall. Thanks for input.

I vote for Sam's Gap into Erwin over the big balds as more senic than your other chioce. In good weather I like to camp in the soft grass on top of those open balds. This hike has excellent views.
