    Default White Blaze Cake

Let me know what shelters or camp sites you are staying at next hike. If you are carrying cake, I would be glad to lighten you pack! Welcome to WB

Back to cafe and I will attempt to teach you what good wine is. The topic for today is Spanish wines.

The trouble I have with campfires are the folks that carry a bottle in one hand and a Bible in the other.
You never know which one is talking.

    Rachel,
In all seriousness, you should consider entering competitions, if you're not doing so already.

    I agree.
I do hope they represented Pennsylvania properly by filling the inside part with irregular chunks of hard jawbreakers . I will never forget northern PA as long as I live!!

    Wow!!!
I live in Oklahoma, and my house was built over the Chisholm Trail, so I'll need one with a big cow patty, along with some dry wheat stalks that the drought and grasshoppers have destroyed, a few snakes, red dirt clods, and a football!

Maybe add a tornado in the background for something vertical to look at?

I do enter competitions, such as the county fair and any other local ones I hear about. That would would be a bit of a drive though. I wish I could backpack to get there but I think the quality of the cake would suffer!

That is the cutest (and only) hiking related cake I've seen. Very imaginative!

Hmm. You might have me there. If it's not I'm pretty sure it's at least an elixir.

You cake is a work of art!! I wish I could bake and decorate like that since my son, Loner, is coming home later this week or early next and we'll be celebrating his birthday that we didn't get to celebrate on the trail, his completion of his thru-hike and the first section of his girlfriend, Wildcat who met and fell in love with and how lat4er joined him on the AT.
