Default Trekking poles for the Tarptent Notch

Hey guys I am going to buy the Tarptent Notch and have a question about what poles to use? Do any of the poles work or do I need specific criteria when I purchase them? Suggestions for poles would be much appreciated--thanks in advance.

You need adjustable poles. The poles need to be 110-150cm for the tent. Any poles that got to this length will work. Ones with the carbide tips fit in the grommets (rubber tips would probably work fine though).

Lightheart gear has a pair for their tents:

I got a pair, since I don't use trekking poles. They work great. I like the adjustable part.
