    Default Pineapple express!

    Half cup couscous
    tin of chicken
tbl spoon McCormick red curry powder
handfull of dried pineapple (or any dried fruit your a fan of)
    1/4 cup cashews or almonds
    2 cups water

Boil the water add it to everything else. Let it set for a while. Once the fire is stoked and you belly is a rumbli'n it's ready. Put half in your bowl, and half in your lady friends and enjoy.

Don't we all grow pineapple in our backyard? I do.

Doesn't your belly be a-rumblin' AFTER you eat it?!?!

Sounds good - I'm going to have to try this one.

As for pineapples in the backyard, I have 3 plants in the ground and 3 in pots, getting ready to go into the ground. Every time I get a pineapple, I twist the top off and root it out. I'm gonna put Dole out of business in about 850 years.
