Default Which Mace should I bring with me?

After seeing the 97 minute video posted in the latest bear spray debate, I have decided that I will be bringing mace. I have not decided which one though. Tell me which one you would bring and why. Of course this poll assumes you are in favor of mace being brought on a hike.

I have "whoop ass" mace that I carry on my daypack, which I also use for my MTA late night commute . I'll be bringing it along on my thru.

I posted the video and would bring the Jedi over the spray anyday. That's the only correct answer, the other choices are wrong...period.

I prefer the spiked steel ball on a chain and steel handle. I usually swing it around twice, hit myself in the head , then wake up and the bear is gone!

In a departure from the intent of this thread, I want to thank you for the video. I was one of those guys that ain't afraid of any animal on the east coast. Quite frankly, I am still not nervous about seeing a bear, but the video changed my mine about the spray. I will be carrying.

Yeah, but with those levitation tricks - wouldn't that qualify as UL?

And he has a Light Saber so no need to carry the machete.

No contest, the Jedi can teleport you across stream crossings AND keep you safe from imaginary assailants.

This thread topic is awesome by the way!

Better to be prepared. You might meet this guy. Sure... they have him locked up for now... but for how long?

Some states prohibit carrying mace spray without a license. The ********(edited before mods had to delete it) state of Massachusetts in particular requires a firearms license to carry it. Carrying it without a license is punishable by up to two years in prison and to the best of my knowledge the license is only available to state residents.

Bearing that in mind. I do not know of any state which has yet banned true lightsabres or laser blasters, having a Jedi around is clearly the most practical and legal option I can find.

Definitely the weapon, but don't forget your 8 sided dice.

Man go to dinner and the worlds a blaze.....

Definitely the Jedi...certainly some of Master Yodi's teachings have rubbed off. Then on the other hand I still would like an opportunity (one time) to Grin down a bear like ole' Fess Parker does in Daniel Boone, worked every time.
