    im around 230 lbs during the season (basektball) and lift quit often and heavy, so without tooting my own horn, I am rather muscular. NO MATTER HOW MUCH FOOD I EAT while out hiking for long distances, i lose a ton of weight. High protein foods and protein powder is not going to cut it. Granted your legs get nice and tight and strong but your upper body loses size and fat (getting nice and cut up in the process i might add). I lost 11 lbs in a month hiking and eating over 2 lbs of food a day

    Did you lose any jump height. If so how long to get it back?
